1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Hustle & Grind Interior Design LLC (“Company”), located at hustlegrindinteriors.us, or by engaging our design services or purchasing from our trade shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Interior Design Services
Our design services encompass residential and commercial interior design, space planning, FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) procurement, home staging, and renovation project management. All design engagements are subject to the following:
- A signed Design Agreement outlining scope, timeline, and fees is required before work commences
- Client is responsible for providing accurate property measurements, access to the project site, and timely feedback on design presentations
- Design concepts, mood boards, and renderings remain the intellectual property of the Company until the project is completed and paid in full
- Timelines are estimates and may be affected by material availability, contractor schedules, and client decision-making timelines
3. Trade & Wholesale Purchases
Our trade shop offers curated furnishings and decor for design professionals and direct clients:
- All orders require a 50% deposit at the time of placement, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery
- Lead times for custom and imported pieces range from 6 to 16 weeks depending on the manufacturer
- In-stock items ship within 5–10 business days to the contiguous United States
- Trade pricing is available to licensed designers, architects, and approved trade accounts
- All items are sold in “as described” condition; minor variations in color, grain, and texture are inherent to handcrafted and natural materials
4. Pricing & Payment
Our fee structure is transparent and outlined in the Design Agreement for each engagement:
- Design Consultation: Initial consultations are charged at a flat fee disclosed before booking
- Flat-Fee Projects: A fixed project fee is agreed upon based on scope and complexity
- Hourly Rate: For flexible-scope engagements, billed at our published hourly rate
- Procurement Fee: A percentage-based fee is applied to all furniture and material purchases made through the Company
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, check, or major credit cards
- Mississippi state sales tax (7%) applies to all tangible goods purchased
5. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, renderings, 3D visualizations, mood boards, material selections, and other creative work produced by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of Hustle & Grind Interior Design LLC until the project is completed and all invoices are paid in full. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our design work is strictly prohibited.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Design consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice at no charge
- For ongoing design projects, cancellation is subject to payment for all work completed to date and a 15% termination fee on the remaining contract value
- Trade shop purchases of in-stock items may be returned within 14 days in original packaging for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee
- Custom-ordered and special-order items are non-refundable once production has commenced
- Deposits on custom orders are non-refundable
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustle & Grind Interior Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project or product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Mississippi.
